Delivery

Our standard postage and packing charge is £3.95.

We aim to deliver items to you within 5-7 working days via first class post. Any orders over £75 will be sent recorded delivery, which requires a signature upon delivery, at no extra cost to you. In the event of goods being out of stock, we will notify you via telephone or email. We can normally order directly from our manufacturer and suppliers within 7 - 10 days. If part of your order is in stock you may request that the order be split and the remainder of your order be dispatched at no extra cost.

Express next day delivery

Do you require your items sooner? Then let us know by choosing Next Day Delivery. For orders received by 12 noon, Monday to Thursday we guarantee delivery by 1pm the following day, providing the item(s) you require is in stock. Express next day delivery costs £6.95 and requires a signature upon delivery. (UK only except some areas in Scotland and islands).

Free Returns!

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any way, please return it to us by post using our freepost label contained within your order and affix to the front of your parcel, within 14 days for an exchange or refund. Fill in our returns form and please remember to include your name and address stating the reason for your return.

Goods to be returned should have labels still attached and be in their original packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure that the unwanted items are returned to us securely and that you have taken reasonable care of them while in your possession. Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office in case of lost items.
